This page describes how finances are handled by Corporate Clash.

Income

We do not actively accept or solicit donations from the public. Our income comes from:

• Staff Donations: We rely on our staff’s generosity to keep our charity running.

In addition, we are grateful to have the support of the following companies for free or reduced-fee access / usage to their tools and services (in alphabetical order):

• Atlassian
• Amazon Web Services
• Buffer
• CloudFlare
• Datadog
• Elastic
• GitHub
• Google
• Microsoft
• Notion

We do not carry out any activity that would generate income for the organization (e.g. advertising, sponsorships, etc).

Expenditures

We categorize our expenditures into several categories:

• Server Expenditure: Expenses related to keeping the Corporate Clash game, the website and other services required for the operation of the game.
• Internal Tooling: Expenses related to running our internal collaborational tooling.
• Social Media: Expenses related to managing our social media platforms.
• Support Tooling: Expenses related to providing player support.
• Miscellaneous: Other types of expenditure not covered by the above (e.g. payment card verification)

From this, we estimate a “Runway” on how many more months the non-profit can sustain its operations if no new staff donations are made.

Fundraising

From time to time, we participate in campaigns that involve donations handling.

Examples of such campaigns include:

• Makeship Duck Shuffler Campaign (2023)

Proceeds from each campaign is transferred to a dedicated account and are directly and fully transferred to the charity of choice for the campaign at the end of the campaign. Donations do not enter or mix with Corporate Clash’s own accounts.
